art Mosaik is manufactured in six different patterns - all assembled in modules. The combination of several different patterns and different woods leaves a great flexibility.

Each pattern is marked according to the list found under art Woods. This way one may easily find information about which patterns that are available for each wood.
  Checker Industry
  English Pattern Parallel
  Herringbone Sheldon
  Checker
A classic pattern that may be layed in a straight fashion or diagonally. The pattern will form an exclusive exterior. For aestethical reasons this pattern may also be interesting in rooms where the direction of the patterns is not obvious ( e.g. in rooms with several entrances and movement directions).

Checker is made from 7 blocks per square and in each mosaik module there are 8 squares fixed together. Each individual block measures 8x23x160 mms.
  English Pattern
This pattern is also known as fitting of bricks since it forms the same pattern as a brick wall, i.e. that the blocks are placed in parallel rows with a recurrent shifting of the joints. The pattern resembles a simple lenghts- in- stock- type but it conveys a more stylistically correct impression. Each individual block has a standard measure of 8x23x160 mms. This pattern is also available in the block measurement 10x42x210 mms*.

* English Pattern dimension 10x42x210 mms is available in the following woods: Oak prime, Oak rustic and Mukusi nature.
  Herringbone
This classic pattern is a so called three block herring bone pattern, which means that three pattern blocks are parallel and form a unit. These units are assembled in a wedge-shaped formation. The herringbone pattern has a long tradition and is suitable in environments where tradition and craftmanship are a desirable part of the overall impression. Also here each individual block is 8x23x160 mms.
  Industry
In this pattern the blocks are assembled on their ends which gives a thickness of 23 mm. The name has its origin from the heavy industry where this kind of parquet was extra suitable and durability was of special importance. The pattern is made up by putting blocks side by side with no shifting of the joints, i.e. the pattern will form "long" joints and it has a rustic and beautiful exterior. Each individual block measures 23x8x160 mms.
  Parallel
The same pattern as above with the exeption that the blocks are assembled with a thickness of 8 mms like the other patterns.
  Sheldon
Sheldon is created on the pattern of the classic castle parquet. The pattern is manufactured from the wood Mukusi only (see info under art woods).
For additional effect we use to parts of the log's wood to create a difference in colour which is very decorative.
The frame is manufactured from heartwood that makes it dark while the lighter parts are made from the tree's sapwood. The finished result conveys a feeling of exclusiveness where the craftmanship is present. Each module measures 8x320x320 mms.
